Welcome, we are the Scientific Computing group in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Durham.

What we do
Applied and computational mathematics are fundamental to modern science and engineering, sparking breakthroughs across virtually every discipline. At the Scientific Computing (SciComp) research group, we are dedicated to developing cutting-edge tools and software libraries that bring large-scale modeling, simulation, artificial intelligence and data analysis into everyday practice.
